San Francisco, CA – TechCrunch announced that the "Regular Bird" registration period for its upcoming Disrupt 2025 conference will conclude on September 26, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Individuals registering by this deadline are eligible for savings up to $668 on passes for the event, which is scheduled to take place from October 27–29, 2025, at Moscone West in San Francisco. The annual conference, marking TechCrunch's 20th anniversary, is projected to host approximately 10,000 technology and venture capital leaders, encompassing founders, investors, and operators. The three-day event is designed to serve as a platform for industry professionals to forge connections, identify investment opportunities, and gain insights into emerging technologies. Disrupt 2025’s comprehensive agenda includes presentations from over 250 speakers across the tech ecosystem. Confirmed speakers currently include Aaron Levie of Box, Raquel Urtasun of Waabi, Max Altschuler of GTMfund, Mati Staniszewski of ElevenLabs, Anton Osika of Lovable, Tekedra Mawakana of Waymo, and notable investor Elad Gil. These discussions are set to span various aspects of technology and business scaling. The conference program is structured across five dedicated industry stages, each offering specialized content. The AI Stage is slated to dedicate two full days to discussions on artificial intelligence advancements, while the Space Stage will provide a full day of insights into orbital technologies. The Going Public Stage will address considerations for companies nearing initial public offerings, and the Builders Stage is designed with programming focused on tactical insights for founders at different scaling phases. The main Disrupt Stage will feature keynotes from prominent figures in technology. A central element of Disrupt 2025 is the Startup Battlefield 200 pitch competition. Twenty early-stage startups, selected and vetted by TechCrunch, will present their innovations on the Disrupt Stage, competing for a $100,000 equity-free prize. This competition provides a venue for early-stage companies to showcase their solutions and receive feedback from seasoned venture capitalists. Furthermore, the Expo Hall is scheduled to host over 100 startups, allowing attendees to experience hands-on demonstrations of new products and services. The event will also facilitate networking through curated meetings, impromptu encounters, and dedicated spaces such as the Investor/Founder-exclusive Deal Flow Cafe. Roundtables and breakout sessions are planned to foster detailed discussions and knowledge exchange among participants. The September 26 deadline represents the final window for securing tickets at the "Regular Bird" rate, according to official communications from TechCrunch. Following this period, standard registration prices will apply. The conference aims to be a significant gathering for professionals across sectors including AI, robotics, biotech, fintech, and venture capital, offering perspectives on technological innovation and market dynamics.
