TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 Exhibit Table Sales Approaching Final Deadline
Published:

Exhibit table sales for TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 are scheduled to conclude tonight at 11:59 p.m. PT, as announced by TechCrunch Events. The technology conference, which is projected to host over 10,000 tech leaders, investors, decision-makers, and innovators, represents a significant opportunity for emerging companies to engage with the broader technology ecosystem.

The standard exhibition package, priced at $10,000, includes a 6' x 30" branded exhibit table situated in the high-traffic Expo Hall for the entirety of the three-day event. Each exhibiting entity is allocated 10 team passes, consisting of five Attendee and five Expo+ access credentials, designed to facilitate continuous networking and participation.

According to TechCrunch, participating startups will receive prominent branding across various TechCrunch channels. This includes visibility on the event page, through the official mobile application, via venue signage, and during sponsor announcements. Additional benefits reported by TechCrunch include access to the Disrupt press list, specialized lead-generation tools, and exclusive founder data. Furthermore, exhibitors are slated for brand mentions during key event moments and the closing ceremony.

The Disrupt 2025 agenda is expected to cover a wide array of technology sectors, with explicit mentions of AI, Biotech & Health, Climate, Fintech, Fundraising, Robotics, Space, Startups, Transportation, and Venture capital. This scope aims to attract a diverse audience across critical industrial and technological domains.

Event organizers indicated a limited number of exhibit tables remain available prior to the deadline. Entities not securing an exhibition slot will forego direct product showcase opportunities to the thousands of conference attendees. Additionally, they would not have access to the direct connections with high-level founders, investors, and enterprise leaders or the brand amplification opportunities across TechCrunch channels that are part of the exhibitor benefits.
