TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 has entered its final days for group pass discounts, with organizers announcing the current promotional period will conclude on Friday, October 3, at 11:59 p.m. PT. The event, scheduled for October 27–29, 2025, at San Francisco’s Moscone West, is designed to bring together founders, investors, and operators within the technology sector.
The current savings offer groups of 4–9 founders a 15% discount on passes, while investor groups of the same size can secure a 20% reduction, an increase from a previous 15% offer, according to event details. TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 is anticipated to host over 10,000 attendees and feature more than 200 sessions across five industry stages, along with breakouts and roundtables led by over 250 technology leaders.
Participants are expected to explore more than 100 innovative startups showcased throughout the venue, particularly in the Expo Hall, and engage in over 2,000 curated meetings. The agenda highlights specific tracks for both founders and investors. For founders, the event includes curated venture capital matchmaking, access to a "Deal Flow Cafe" for informal connections, and insights from VCs and industry leaders such as Aaron Levie of Box and Kevin Rose of Digg on scaling and fundraising. Sessions are planned to cover topics including AI, founder strategies, and preparing for company exits, with speakers like Karandeep Anand of Character.AI and Vinod Khosla also scheduled to present.
The investor experience offers direct access to approximately 200 pre-Series A startups competing for $100,000 in equity-free funding through the "Startup Battlefield." Investors will also have access to the "Deal Flow Cafe" and curated one-on-one or small-group meetings with founders. A "StrictlyVC" session is slated to provide investor-only insights from figures like Kevin Hartz of A* and Michael Kim of Cendana Capital. Following the October 3 deadline, no additional bundle deals are planned for the year, though individual pass savings remain available, according to the event's promotional material.
